Professional and very good customer service

I was told incorrect information and have been charged and then threats of legal action. Now I have received a letter from debt collectors with additional fees on top of fees we did not agree with. I have been very let down and would not use this firm in the future.

After a week of being put off by her , l called to cancel everything but was cut off, when leaving a message on the MACHINE, when l called back could not leave a message , (they figured it was me and were monitoring the machine) it was obvious they did not want my business they are RUDE and do NOT have the courtesy to get back to people leaving messages.
l am glad l didn't do business with them if that is the way they treat prospective clients....
