  I was extremely disappointed with this firm. I was told incorrect information and have been charged and then threats of legal action. Now I have received a letter from debt collectors with additional fees on top of fees we did not agree with. I have been very let down and would not use this firm in the future.

  Not at all happy with the service. Very poor communication. No promptness in replying to any email/sms. Extreme follow-up required. No courtesy to respond to voice mails. Arrogant tone and no sense of ownership of the task undertaken.

  Sally said she was coming to my home for a meeting , within the next 3 days, waited for her to call and confirm time , which she DIDN'T , then leaving 2 other messages on days following, and no one from that office bothering to get back to me,
  After a week of being put off by her , l called to cancel everything but was cut off, when leaving a message on the MACHINE, when l called back could not leave a message , (they figured it was me and were monitoring the machine) it was obvious they did not want my business they are RUDE and do NOT have the courtesy to get back to people leaving messages.
  l am glad l didn't do business with them if that is the way they treat prospective clients....
  DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM....

  We have just used Mt Alexander Conveyancing for the third time, and as before everything went without a hitch, with settlement completed accurately, efficiently and on time, with no fuss. Although our properties were in Melbourne, it was just as easy (and satisfying) dealing through a decentralised regionally based Company. Highly recommended as a professional, albeit low cost no frills service. Thanks Sally.
